Please note: Delivery to main towns and cities in New Zealand only.

We currently offer the following shipping options:

  • Fastway Couriers, Online track and Trace.
  • NZ Couriers, Online Track and Trace
  • Pick-Up (only in Hamilton)

If you have a courier that you prefer to use, please inform us when you purchase your goods, and we will enquire on your behalf.


Hamilton Delivery

  • Delivery Time; Overnight-2 Working Days.
  • Flat rate $5.

North Island Courier
  • Delivery Time; Overnight-2 Working Days.
  • Small parcels $5 though out New Zealand.

South Island

  • Delivery Time; 2-3 Working Days.
  • Small parcels $5 though out New Zealand.

Returns

Due to the highly competitive computer industry, we are unable to provide a "change of mind" policy. All sales are final, so please choose carefully. Please carefully check the compatibility of all new hardware purchased with existing hardware. If unsure, please consult with our technical staff before completing the purchase.

Note that completing the sale online does not confirm the sale with our staff. We will send a confirmation email when the order begins being processed, and sale is finalized when we receive payment, and confirm delivery address.
  • Hardware - All hardware sales are final. Faulty hardware will be repaired or replaced at Tisco Waikato's discretion (or manufacturers discretion).If it is deemed that it was user fault, a service fee may apply.
  • Software - Due to copyright issues we are unable to accept returns of software. When selecting software please carefully check the minimum system requirements on the product. Faulty software will gladly be exchanged. If we are unable to exchange a product that is no longer available, you will be given a refund.
  • If a customer wishes to return a product because it is not compatible or no longer required, they may do so within 7 days of the purchase. However if the packaging has been opened and the item used, the goods are considered second hand and up to a 20 percent restocking fee may apply. If the packaging is unopened and the item as new then a full refund , minus any shipping costs, will be given. If goods are found faulty, a full refund or upgrade will be given, even if packaging has been opened.
  • RMA Request Form - Before sending any hardware back to us, please take a moment to fill out our RMA request form. This ensures that when we recieve the faulty item we know where it came from and what is wrong with it.
