All assessment pricing is payable at the time of booking in and is for repairs out of warranty only. This also applies if you want us to apply for repair under CGA (Consumer Guarantees act) The payment goes toward the final cost of the repair if you decide to proceed, and the manufacturer does not cover any costs. If your item ends up being un-repairable or too expensive to repair, we keep the assessment fee to cover our assessment costs. Included in the total inspection cost is the disposal fee should your repair be unrepairable.
